I would trade Robin and Nightwing for Jason but the one I really want the most is either a playable Deathstroke or Prometheus.

I'd rather had Damian before Jason to be honest, but to be fair even though his bio read as Tim's, aside from the bo staff, the Robin in the game came off more as an older Damian anyways...
 
As for Jason, I honestly don't see why he would be in the game. Looking at everything overall, I think adding anymore characters would have been pushing it in terms of over crowding the game, in my opinion.

Don't you think the lack of Jason is curious? I'm pretty sure it means that the next one will be based on him, at least partially. There were several hints indicating some stories for the next game, but I think that Jason's absence is the biggest one of all.

@PunkMastaFlex: Promethius and Slade would be interesting, I'd like to play as Bane or Ra's. Not Hulking Bane either. Powerbomb people followed by a back breaker and a Hulk Hogan Leg drop. Call the fans the HulkiBaniacs.

Ra's would be pretty interesting to play actually. However my number 1 choice I want is Alfred.

maybe in the third game if their is one and that photoshop image would be really great to use

I haven't played the game yet but i've heard it's gritty so Jason would fit the game perfectly, I'd definetely buy that game.
