If the kid ends up a murderous little psychopath in next issue's 'Tec, I absolutely love the idea of Batman's rogue son killing Gordon's rogue son.
The bad blood it could make in the city would be epic.
Jason Todd
Character » Jason Todd appears in 1755 issues.
Jason Todd was the second Robin, until he was brutally murdered by the Joker. After he was resurrected, Jason learned Batman didn't avenge his death. Anguished and seeking vengeance, he initially turned against his mentor and father figure and took on the Clown Prince's former identity: the Red Hood. He eventually returned to the Bat-Family and assembled a team of anti-heroes known as the Outlaws.
I Want Jason Todd To Kill James Gordon Jr.

Jim Gordon has a son?
Yep. Think back to Year One, the baby Bruce saves at the end was James Jr. Now he's back in 'Tec as a 20ish emo nutbar.
"I honestly didn't know he had a son. I mean I know he did it the movie the Dark Knight but I didn't think he did in the comics. "

I guess i'll check it out
I see Jim Gordon Jr. as an interesting character. Alot of people hate him because he just trolled his Dad. But it let us into the psyche of the Gordon family. Barbara, the perfect daughter that no one can live up to. Jim, the son who after hearing one side of this story (I'm not familiar with the details, as I don't know what issue's he's been in, and I'd be interested to know more).
To be honest, he sounds like a kid who has very high sociopaths tendencies, but knows he's wrong and is getting help before he can do harm to society. The way he straight face delivered the news that he killed a waitress and stuffed her head in a toilet, and told his Dad he was just trying to lighten the mood, is frigging hilarious. In the end, if Jim Gordon Jr. becomes a killer, it'll because dear old dad couldn't handle the idea his son might not be right in the head. But hey, the kid is sure as hell trying.
I'll need more info in future issues to make a conclusion.
It's either going to be the story of a psycho who knows he's a psycho and stays on his meds so as to show not all psychos don't try to not be psychos [read this whole thing could be a mental health psa arc]
or it's the story where he ends up dead or in Arkham.
I like the kid as a concept, don't get me wrong but oooooh, if Jason hung him in front of police headquarters if he turns out a baddie...fun!
