How can Ra's al Ghul not know that Jason Todd was in the Lazarus Pit during the Hush storyline when he knew about it during The Lost Days?

@daredevil21134: That is a way to go. But he seemed too convincing... I really did like how the Hush storyline played into all the Jason Todd stuff.

Well Jeph Loeb says that Ra's didn't know. Judd Winick says that he did know. Who is a higher authority on the matter?

Hush was intended to be just that..... Until they decided to retcon it and bring Jason back and say he was there during Hush and left halfway into the fight, replaced by Clayface.....

This really does Batman's detective skills a disservice.. If you listen to what he says during the hush storyline compared to what the writers are saying about Todd now...
