Jason Todd
Character » Jason Todd appears in 1754 issues.
Jason Todd was the second Robin, until he was brutally murdered by the Joker. After he was resurrected, Jason learned Batman didn't avenge his death. Anguished and seeking vengeance, he initially turned against his mentor and father figure and took on the Clown Prince's former identity: the Red Hood. He eventually returned to the Bat-Family and assembled a team of anti-heroes known as the Outlaws.
Him and Hush: best eam up ever?
Wouldn't Red Hood and hush be the greates Batman teamup!? I would loooooove to see that! What do you think? Yes or no?

I think that Red Hood and Hush would be interesting together, but Red Hood seems a bit more like "crime fighter who happens to kill" with Todd under the hood rather than "super crazy murderer hellbent on completely destroying and ruining Bruce Wayne" like Hush. Maybe I'm misinterpreting that, but it seems to be the angle that they want to work with him.
In that light, I'm curious whether DC would ever consider doing a regular Red Hood series. They have clearly stated that "villains don't get books", but is Red Hood REALLY a villain with Jason Todd behind the mask? He eluded many times in both Winnick's current mini-series as well as the Batman & Robin stuff that he's trying to clean up the streets, but he's willing to kill in order to do it. I mean, Punisher is willing to kill. It'd definitely be the anti-hero territory.
Moreover, Action Comics is currently Lex Luthor's Action Comics, and that basically tells me "hey, this villain has his own book"...at least for the time being.
Just thoughts that I'm throwing out there.
