Jason Todd was the second Robin, until he was brutally murdered by the Joker. After he was resurrected, Jason learned Batman didn't avenge his death. Anguished and seeking vengeance, he initially turned against his mentor and father figure and took on the Clown Prince's former identity: the Red Hood. He eventually returned to the Bat-Family and assembled a team of anti-heroes known as the Outlaws.
I think that he and Ravager would make the best couple. I mean they both have the same type of attitude. And for some reason I just think that she is the perfect girl for him.

If Judd Winick is writing Jason Todd it will not be ignored
Jason did have a girlfriend in pre-Crisis stories, her name was Rena. I doubt post Crisis will acknowledge this, though. But his relationship with Rena was really cute, even sad now that you think about his death and what his life has become. I think I'm one of the few people who ships Jason with Mia Dearden (Speedy II). I happily blame Judd Winick for this because he wrote the two of them fighting in Green Arrow 72. Jason is the one who sought out Mia to find an ally/someone he could convert over to his side. Jason's misguided attempts at wooing Mia were obviously rebuffed, but they actually do have a lot in common! Both lived on the streets, both have father-figures who come from similar pampered upbringings, both have real criminal fathers (Mia's father abused her) -- Jason was the one who pointed out all their similarities. She's actually killed a man before to save Star City and hunted down the Electrocutioner to kill him following Cry for Justice. She's a street level vigilante, like him. And is the second sidekick, like him.
And it would be pretty progressive to have comics' only HIV positive character enter into a relationship with another main character. Plus, Mia is pretty funny, so she could be good comic relief. And she's awesome!

Exactly what I was thinking. Had the joker not come into her life, she wouldn;t be a villain at all. I kind of see a relationship sort of like the "Black Cat/Spider-Man" thing going on between the two. :-)
