Today DC announced that JUSTICE LEAGUE is getting a new artist. Beginning in November's issue #36, Jason Fabok (BATMAN ETERNAL) is taking over and becoming the regular ongoing artist.

Fabok replaces Ivan Reis and Joe Prado.

“I’ve always dreamed of drawing Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, Flash, Lex Luthor, Aquaman and the myriad of super-villains that comprise the Justice League books," says Fabok. “I’m so thankful for this opportunity and hope that fans will look forward to what we have in store!”

Don't Worry, Luthor is working his way up to Tony Stark status, it's all good. Can you imagine if the new Trinity for DC would be Luthor, Wayne, and Kent? That would be ridiculous lol

Btw this cover is beyond glorious. Aquaman is back there looking like a boss. Im actually interested in see why Captain Cold is going to bring to the table. I really think Steel should be on that team than Cyborg. I think DC should have stuck Cyborg back with the Titans along with Grayson, Wally, Donna, Garth, and Roy. I think that was a missed opportunity to reunited such a great team. I would have love to see them as young adults adventuring together.

This guy is great. Any issue that he draws of Batman Eternal is a must buy for me. This guy is such an amazing artist. Can't wait.

I love this new JL lineup. Lex and supes on the same team?? Cyborg and Shazam together? Captain cold???! This is gonna be awesome. Not sure about the Jessica Cruz lady yet though.

Alright, that's pretty cool news. But were does this leave Reis and Mahnke? I know they both have a part in Multiversity (or at least I'm assuming Reis will draw the finale) but what then?

Christ, Wonder Woman's waist is thin. And the shading makes it look like she's sucking in her stomach to the point that its concave. Its an overall nice cover except for that one bit of odd anatomy.

Only supposed to be two Lanterns from a sector, but Earth has 5 already.

Mahnke is drawing Superman/WonderWoman with writing by Tomasi from November and on.

I have to say since Throne of Atlantis and onwards this book really got better.

The Forever Evil tie ins were great, giving us insight and doing world-building for the general DCU. The Metal Men origin was plain gorgeous from all perspectives and now Luthor brings a new dynamic on the team.

I am actually surprised Superman is still a member since Johns said he will quit. But this cover tells as otherwise...mmm maybe now that he is writing Superman he wants him in the League for future crossovers, who knows? Still I think JL is in another league since when Jim Lee was doing the art.

I am actually pretty interested in where Reis is going...Because most of the main super-hero titles already have a good artist, so DC must have something in the works.

Wow, the art looks great

When the solicitations originally showed that Jim Lee was leaving, I thought to myself, "The only person I want to see replace Jim Lee is Ivan Reis." Luckily, I got what I wanted. But it didn't even occur to me that Ivan Reis would leave at any given time. Though, frequent fill-in issues by Doug Mahnke and the fact that Ivan Reis is not chained in a basement being forced to draw Justice League forever should have clued me in to this inevitable departure from the title. In conclusion, I am happy with Jason Fabok on board, as I have loved his art on everything in the New 52!

Nice! This guy is more than capable of stepping in while Reis proceeds to different projects. Was actually hoping he pencils Batman Eternal all the way through but I guess this is where he is needed.

I hope Hawkgirl joins this team still waiting for captain atom, booster gold, blue beetle, black canary, green arrow, black lightning and the outsiders, orion, Amazing man and Maxima to join the team

@hushofthewind: yup looks like Lex Luthor will be the kind of person like Tony Stark in Avengers. After all he build the new JL watchtower satellite and in robin rises he helps Batman upgrade the hellbat suit armour. Lex Luthor also have many robotic suit
