Is the villain suppose to be Khan?

@Bobsjonjon:Pretty much, they've said his name is John Harrison but most people still think it's Khan.

Star Trek: This time... we aren't in space ships.

It looks like Star Trek vs Bourne Legacy or maybe it is the Red Skull.

Huh, not much difference than what we've already seen. And for the last time people, its not Khan that Cumberpatch is playing. Its Gary Mitchell.

It is probably not Khan bec. Khan likes to use space ships.

@TheHulk: You should create another account as Bruce Banner and when you hear a comment you don't like you should comment as Hulk.

I highly doubt it's Khan. There are multiple things against it. I'm a hardcore Trekkie myself so I'm very familiar with the characters. Khan was never part of starfleet and Cumberbach is wearing a starfleet shirt in the shots he is in. He also never had a family so it wouldn't make sense for him to say "is there anything you would not do for your family?". I think he is either a made up character, like in the 2009 film, or he is a character named Gary Mitchell. Mitchell was a starfleet officer who came in contact with an energy fled that gave him psionic powers and made him become ruthless. However, it is entirely possible that the character in the film is just a new character named John Harrison.

You think your voice is evil? It is not!

Just a little bit annoying... especially for +2 hours.

Still looking forward to watching this movie. I prefer the new Star Trek (cast) to the old one.

Didnt the first film render all previous canon moot? Its all brand new from the end of the first film cause of the time travel and alterations to history. And originally didnt Khan have a wife who died? and I'm pretty sure in Wraith of Khan that was his son alongside him.
