Plot Summary

Overview

"The Bad Prince," Part 3. So now Jack's the center of all stories, huh? And if the story in question happens to involve a famous sword stuck in a famous stone, it probably shouldn't surprise us that Jack gets to play the stone. But wait! How can we have the Sword in the Stone story over here in Jack, when that simple-minded janitor fellow has the same sword over in that other Fables book?

The Bad Prince, Part Three: The Legend of Wicked Jonh

You know I was hoping the progression of this book would change...but it is certain that it will not...this book is a comedy book when it could be oh so much more.

Jack, John, Gary, and Priscilla talk about Jack and the Beanstalk. Also more arguments about who is the original and the copy between John and Jack. Jack does still have a sword in his chest.

Paul Bunyan and Babe are about to be bodyguards. Nothing else really seems to be happening...there were a few funny spots and the art matches the stories, but nothing in the story leaves me fulfilled.
