    Jack A Warren aka Alonzo Vincent Warren - lost an eye at the age of 15. That's when his art career began. His work also appeared in "Spec Spt & Spud" 'Blue Bolt Comics'. But before all of that - "Pecos Bill." He co-authored many of the stories, with Tex O'Reilly (acording to Lowell Thomas)
