    JMS has confirmed he is writing a second ongoing title for DC Comics in 2009 beyond “The Brave and the Bold.” Which DCU hero would you like to see JMS script?

    he would be good doing Captain Marvel, i've got to admit that...

    if you look at JMS's past stories you can see that he does his best work when working with characters that are more human than super...

    he tends to add more depth and life into their human parts while bringing emotion and feeling into the Super parts...

    any character that has a rich and varied 'normal' life away from his super-life would definitely benefit from JMS's writing

    17. Knowing that he is quite busy between what he’s doing between Hollywood and what he’s already committed to with DC, have there been talks with J. Michael Straczynski about continuing Babylon 5 in comics?

    DD: No there haven’t, but we’ve talked with Joe about a number of projects, so much so that one of the projects that we were rolling out, we actually changed: in his preparing Brave and Bold, Joe was having a lot of fun teaming characters from the DCU together. The original plan was to roll out and introduce the Red Circle characters inside the series, but what we’re going to do, rather than the original plan, is stay with the tone that was established with the Brave and Bold – that is, team ups between DC characters. He was really excited about that idea from the start, so it makes sense to keep things the way they are for that series. But at the same time, he’s really excited about the Red Circle characters – so much so – that he’s going to be writing a series of one shots later this year to introduce all of those to the readers too.

    NRAMA: So the one shots will be the introductions to the characters to the DCU?

    DD: What happened was that Joe really wanted to give a lot of time to establishing the origins and reintroduce the characters in the proper format. So, realistically, rather than doing so in a team up, he felt that they all deserved their own individual spotlights, and that’s how he’s establishing it. That being said, every story that’s told does have the flavor of the DCU either in locations or other characters that might be appearing in them.

    I agree with all are you.
    I love the whole story of Thor. It's a journey through it. Not just 1 or 2 action packed issues. He has his story set and has small storys in-between. But there still all good.
    So yeah, Captain Marvel would be good.

    I gotta say that I think his Green Lantern would be uh-mazing. JMS doing a DC title may be enough for me to make that great leap, he's been my favorite writer ever since he took over Spider-Man way back in the day.

    Ever since his career as a writer started JMS has been wanting to write Superman, he is his favorite superhero, hell when he started he had 4  things on his "to do" list and one of them was writing Superman. The stories about JMS are all about true heroism, overcoming the impossible and the nature of doing what's right. The man was born to write Superman.
     
    Oh and for the record Shane Davis has read the script and said that by page 8 he was sure that this was the best thing that JMS has ever written

    yea which i think is a bad move. Its been done before (more than once) and it happened not to long ago right before achillies was created. I think if they want to do it again they need to make it permanent. Make the Amazons move to the land of the Olympians, or have the two lands crash in to each other and merge
