Read the summaries for Mighty Avengers #'s 1-3 here: http://www.comicvine.com/comic/mighty-avengers/18239/

Buuuuuut, the story here is their first battle together. Yet in Fallen Son #2 http://www.comicvine.com/comic/fallen-son-the-death-of-captain-america/18420/108763/ they are fighting again, so that issue has to take place after the arc in Mighty Avengers and obviously Stark is still alive.

Don't believe it just because you read it at wikipedia. That's all user submitted stuff too.

I'm hoping that Winter Soldier will stick with his plan to kill him. Not likely though.

hahahaha i hope so to and i am piss of at what he he did to spiderman i mean like he is saying how he trust spiderman but he makes a suit to spy on him
