Cool Picture but I'm more excited to see one with the other character like Nick Fury, War Machine and Black Widow.

If this picture is any indication the movie is going to suck. So its a year away I'm gonna boycott the movie because I don't like the first picture.....okay just had to do the rabid fanboy thing. I think it will be cool, sure its just a picture but hey its got Robert Downey Jr and armors so pretty much what I expected.

that's definitely not the mk 1 look at the size compared to the other suits...it's the same...the mk 1 was much bigger then the 2 and 3

Great to see a first image and honestly who couldn't be excited about Iron Man 2 - I think it's going to be great and I can't wait to see a few more teaser images as we go. Just keep the trailer count under 15 so we don't get Wolvie: Origins syndrome :)

Great!!!  Definitely harkens to many an Iron Man cover where Stark had his different IM suits lined up in the background.  I am really tweaked about the detail for this image.  Can't wait for this movie.  Yee-Haw!

Looks like he re-built the Mk I for old times sake.  I'm really excited for this movie.  After the genius that was the first Iron Man film, this creative team has my total confidence.  They proved that they can do right by the character.

It appears that he slimmed the Mk 4 armor down a bit from the Mk 3 he used in the first film. I think this will be an awesome film.

We won't see the War Machine armor until Iron Man 3, they said they don't wanna rush things.

I really don't want to get excited this early about the sequel. I purposely didn't follow a lot of coverage of the first one because I wanted to enjoy the movie without any baggage. But then I was excited  about the sequel when I saw Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury after the credits rolled!

Still, I just don't want to get too excited and get my hopes too high. I actually have not been disappointed yet by a Marvel movie - except Ang Lee's Hulk - I finally found that in the $5 bin at Wal-Mart.
 
I have high hopes for Wolverine... Goin' to see that tonight.

What about a suit similar to the EXtremis armor?

I wanna see the Hulk buster armor since he was spoken too with Nick fur about the hulk.

I know I'm looking forward to seeing this. 1 year and 2 weeks seems like a long time to wait though.
