I wanted to ask here on opinions, but does the character introduced as Iris West, daughter of Wally West, who appeared in issue 146 count as the same Iris West II (aka Impulse II) in current continuity? In which case, her first appearance is much older than given on the bio page now.  
 
The Iris in issue 146 is the Kid Flash of her undisclosed era (a century that was not quantified). Although when Jay arrived in her time period he commented "The more things change, [the more they stay the same] " and analogue clocks were shown in her era. Several characters over the course of her story arc mentioned her relation to Wally West, and Don Allen - Bart's father - almost even mentioned it to Wally himself (although Dawn, Don's twin sister, hit him in the ribs and warned him about upsetting the space time continuum).
