The New Avengers
is a comic volume from Marvel Publishing that started in 2005
After the events of Avengers Disassembled, a new group of Avengers was created from the ashes. But the Civil War changed the heroes forever, not only with the death of Captain America but changing the status of the New Avengers as fugitives of the law. The current roster includes Wolverine, Spider-Man, Ronin, Echo, Dr. Strange, Iron Fist and their leader, Luke Cage. Recently Dr. Strange has left the team due to failing with his magic powers.
