The creature kidnapped both the Invisible Girl and her son, Franklin Richards, in FF #134 and took them to Gideon's headquarters, so he could make captives of them.

Electro creates an electromagnetic storm around her. This quite literally turns Susan Storm Richards into a living statue..... Electro and the Invisible Woman face off again many years later in Amazing Spiderman #660. Here it is the Sinister Six against the new FF which includes Spiderman, due to the death of the Human Torch. As they stand facing each other, Electro issues a chilling warning to the blonde beauty. "Things are about to get real, right here blondie. We ain't taking any prisoners and ain't nobody coming to rescue you". However, a confident Susan Storm replies, "My days as a professional hostage are over". Then she quickly smacks him hard across the face, demonstrating how Sue's image has changed since the 1960's, 1970's and early 1980's.
