Here's a story, of a Skrull named...Suzie?

So we don't know the full details yet.  We don't know if Sue is dead (no way) or even missing.  The Skrull entered the Baxter Building as a tourist.  I do wonder how the Skrull was able to bypass Reed's security.  But if they can hide from telepaths and whatnot, I guess they can override Reed's elevator.  I'm leaning more towards this was the first time the Skrull entered the Baxter Building.  Just like the Skrull in New Avengers that posed as Daredevil most likely hasn't been posing as Daredevil before.  That's why there wasn't much interaction before the revelation.  The Daredevil one stumbled in his conversation with Echo.  The Sue one didn't say a word to Ben, Johnny or the kids.  All we know is the building is gonna be pretty messed up.

Either way, I'm really loving the kick ass Alan Davis cover.  I'd definitely take that over the variant.

Secret Invasion has begun and the Skrulls have landed the first blow in their war on Earth! In the first issue of Secret Invasion, a Skrull Invisible Woman had the Baxter Building sucked into the Negative Zone and Mr. Fantastic was incapacitated in the most brutal of manners. In the 3-issue tie-in mini-series Secret Invasion: Fantastic Four, it’ll be up to the Thing and Human Torch to get the building and its inhabitants back home, including the young Franklin and Val. But are any of the heroes who they say they are?
Written by Roberto Aguirre- Sacasa (Marvel Knights 4, Sensational Spider-Man) with art by Barry Kitson (The Order), Secret Invasion: Fantastic Four #1 will have a very Skrully-looking variant cover by Mike McKone, seen here for the first time. Plus, this series promises the return of a very familiar Skrull from the FF’s past who’s looking to exact revenge on the First Family of Comics.
The Fantastic Four are the Skrulls’ most hated enemies on Earth so don’t miss Secret Invasion: Fantastic Four for a very important battle in the war for Earth, as Secret Invasion kicks into high gear!

So we know that a Skrull posed as a tourist and changed into Sue in Secret Invasion #1.  But how was it able to bypass their security scanner?  Was that the first time a Skrull posed as Sue?  Logic would have to say no.  Poor Reed.  First he gets zapped by the Hank Pym Skrull.  Now if he manages to pull himself together (literally) he's going to find that perhaps he dear wife is gone or...dead.  At least he and Johnny can bond now, having both had wives that were Skrulls...

Marvel is finally able to unveil the full cover to Secret Invasion: Fantastic Four #1 as the team’s betrayer stands revealed as…Sue Storm! But, trapped in the Negative Zone, the FF must figure out if they’re who they think they are and decide who they really trust!

Superherohype.com had a little info on the status (or non-status) of these two comic-related movies.  I just felt I owed it to everyone to report on these high profile flicks.  I know everyone's on the edge of their seats waiting for another FF movie.  Okay, maybe not.  Just keep in mind she's an expecting mother so any comments should be made with respect.  You shouldn't talk innapropriately about someone's mother.  It's too bad about the writer's strike though.  And what's this?  We have an actor's strike to look forward to also?  Ugh.

CS/SHH!: What can you tell us about your character in "Sin City 2"?
Jessica Alba: I haven't read a script. I don't know anything about it. Robert (Rodriguez) and Frank (Miller) haven't talked to me about it at all.

CS/SHH!: How long until we get "Fantastic Four 3"?
Alba: I have no idea. I know the writers strike and the impending actors strike has kind of put a wrench in everything production wise. That film takes a lot of prep, a good six months of prep and about six months to shoot. With the strike, I think, maybe it's put on hold.

CS/SHH!: Any thought into making "Dark Angel" into a film?
Alba: We've talked about it, I want to work with Jim so I would pretty much do anything he wants to do.

CS/SHH!: In the "Fantastic Four" comics your character becomes a mother. Would you like to see that in the film?
Alba: Little Franklin? Yeah, I think that would be hilarious. He's so powerful, I think that would be a really interesting dynamic a mother-child dynamic. She's still a superhero but she's super protective and he's wild, he can do anything and has no sense of what's appropriate, that would be really fun.

Have you all seen the terrible looking movie posters for the Fantastic Four 2 movie?  You can see them all here  " />http://marvel.com/news/moviestories.1016  Is this even Jessica Alba?  Looks like they just handed photoshop to a engineer and told him to smack the key board with his thumbs.  No wait I could actually do a better job of photoshopping Alba's head onto someone else's body. I can.  I photoshop my head onto her body all the time.
