they don't if you look thery aren't using speech bubbles but thought bubbles, meaning their using telepathy, and as vultrumites don't have that power their probably using some device

Thanks, I've seen a few scans but I'm not up to the Viltrumite War yet in my reading, so I was confused by that. I know Allen has telepathy but I couldn't figure out how the heck everyone else was doing it, lol
