This story basically explains what the government has been up to while Atom Eve has been missing. It shows who they tried to make a s a substitute for Eve (ugly experiments), and how these people were made. In this issue we also discover where Atom Eve's mother has been and who her real family is...lets just say it doesn't turn out for the better. We also get to witness the full extent of Atom Eve's powers, and how she does under the shear effect of anger. The art in this issue was amazing. Plus the Omni man mini in the back was very satisfying. It left you with a little chuckle at the end of the book.
