    Do you like space wars?

So it would seem that the Invincible series is not one you can put down for a bit and easily pick it back up...

The last I saw of these characters, Invincible barely overcame the invasion of his alternate selves and thought he had killed Conquest, who was actually alive elsewhere.  This book is in the midst of inter-galactic war between the Viltrumites and the Coalition of Planets.  There were a LOT of characters I didn't know, and some I hardly recognized.

Anyway, the story was pretty good, and I can see where a lot of the Silver Surfer/space hero fans would really be into it.  It really makes me wonder what Kirkman has in store for this series.  After an intergalactic space battle, how can Invincible go back to fighting the villain of the hour on the streets of his home town?

The real reason I bought the book was the incredible artwork.  Ottley only gets better with time, and the coloring in this book is so incredible, you'd be a fool not to check it out just for that alone.

      A Good Issue 0

Invincible since issue #1 has been my favorite superhero comic and this issue is what I would call good. Not ground breaking not Terrible and not average it was good. It wasn't particularly big and it seemed like a fast read but it still moved the Viltrumite War story arc into it's final phase where I feel the arc can really become what it was meant to be the biggest story arc in the whole invincible series. The Viltrumite's are pissed they're gonna come kill as many innocent bystanders as they ...
