Worthy of a gold star
I've been reading since the beginning and I admit,there have been a few really lame moments (such is the way of things). But this has promise. This issue was a great read, and as it seems to always go with this particular title, I am anxiously awaiting for the next issue.
The last time we ran into the Viltrumites it didn't go well for Invincible. Or for Allen for that matter. So with the introduction of a story arc featuring the Viltrumites again, I have to wonder, how will this go?
There are a few things going on in this issue, Atom Eve confronts Mark about his break up with Amber and of course this takes another twist. Mark's mother has some news for Mark but I won't share what it is. I'm still wondering what will happen with Mark's Alien half brother Oliver, who's starting to develop powers of his own and given the story started in this issue, I wonder if his development will come into play at any point. Oh, and Mark is still failing his classes.
Worth picking up, every time.
