    Yo Damn.

So I was looking at previews for this issue and was like "all right, its gonna be a fun filler issue. See this awesome fight between Battle Beast and Thragg and chill out for a while"

And it certainty didn't disappoint. The aforementioned fight was brutally in the uniquely invincible way. Seriously - no comic on shelves quite does super powered combat like Invincible does. Sorry Marvel/DC, but there is nothing wrong with blood and gore :D. The artwork as usual is great, the fight is well scripted and well paced.

The dialogue is a little over the top at times due to Thragg and Battle Beast's personalities, but its all good.

And then the last couple pages happen and...damn. As if enough hasn't happened in Invincible this year, another bomb gets dropped on us and all of a sudden what was supposed to be a fun filler issue turns into one of the most important events for Invincible in recent memory that is going to have huge ramifications on the universe - even if its only half as bloody as last War.

Really good issue that was quite a surprise. This book has been soooo strong this year.

I was a little disappointed by how quickly this issue read, but the fight between Battle Beast and Thragg is a brutal, bloody blast. Ryan Ottley's art is fantastic making the comic that much more enjoyable.Kirkman continues to surprise, leaving the reader off with one heck of a cliffhanger....

Battle Beast goes toe-to-toe with Thragg! Will Battle Beast get the long awaited, and glorious, death in battle that he has craved? This bit of dialogue sums up the entire story in this issue. After the events of Rex, basically killing every hero on Earth, we see what is happening with characters, Thragg and Battle Beast. While the two have been M.I.A. for a long while, it turns out both might need something from the other. Battle Beast wants a glorious death in combat; while Thragg wants a partn...
