    In the chaos ensuing after the unleashing of the OMACs on Earth, the Spectre's vendetta against magic, and the Rann-Thanagar War, four beings decide to try and save the universe: Superman and Lois Lane of Earth-Two, Superboy of Earth-Prime, and Alexander Luthor of Earth-Three. What resulted was the *Infinite Crisis.*

    So just how much knowledge of the DCU do I need to know...

    before I read this arc? Could I just read the trade without having any problems or is there some things I should know before I even think about reading it?

    @Gambit1024: Well, I read it without having read anything else….I had NO IDEA what was going on, but I liked it anyway. 
    Though if you want to get the full benefit from it, you'll probably want to read: 
    Geoff Johns' run on Teen Titans 
    Villain United 
    The OMAC project 
    And some other stuff I can't remember right now.

    I read Final Crisis without reading anything prior and I got most of what was going on. If someone can rationally explain how the heck Barry Allen is alive, that'd be greatly appreciated ;) 
     
    But anyway, I just hear people raving about how epic this story is and I wanna know what the fuss is about
