    In this issue, Cole MacGrath is being chased by the FBI. FBI Agent Moya Jones has ordered the Army to take down Cole MacGrath, no matter the cost! While Cole struggles to stay alive and save the citizens of Empire City, a new threat rises from the First Sons' lab. This threat is to big for the FBI so it is up to Cole to save everyone!
