This is a prequel to to where the Inception movie starts off. Cobb and his team dream share a person to find out that it was not the main target and Saito is the man they seek. Which leads into where the movie picks up.

An Unnecessary and Inconsistent Prequel 0

Cobb's not very mature in this comicInception: The Cobol Job is a prequel to Inception. While the movie brought us new and thought provoking dialogue and scenes, this prequel comic does neither, and was actually not the least bit needed. Cobb narrates the entire comic from his perspective, but all of the lines he utters are not consistent with the way his character is in Inception, so much so that he seemed not as controlled or experienced when it came to going into the mind of another. I absolutely loved the Inception movie and I had to read the comic since it is part of the universe.  Even if its a prequel it is still part of the story. The narration of the comic is not bad.  It is standard main character lead narration box teamed with cinematic style panel work.  As for the art, I felt it was too weak.  The problem with books like this as movie tie-ins and stuff like that, budget is the concern and virtual no namers create the art for less then many seasoned pros, so the ar...
