    Story for Kids or Kids at Heart. 0

    Impulse continues to investigate the hallucinations to the junior high school only to contend with both twin telepaths who've been using their illusions to scare the kids. Max Mercury's departure is a pointless sub-plot at this point, but it's the means of which Impulse leads one of the "evil" twins to surrender is a bit meager to say at most. Still, the artwork is superb and the twin telepaths are impressive characters who should be used more often....
