    Slick Simple Read.

    Set in early 2000, Bart Allen sets to rescue some kids from mass hallucinations from grudge bearing telepath- Shanela Williams. The art is gorgeous, and I particularly enjoy the African-American twin telepaths of Shantay and Shanela Williams (slight satires on the tennis professional sisters, the Williams Sisters) who I'd wish to seen more in other issues to balance more ethnicity in comics. Max Mercury's departure is a low-sell but the new characters in here have more potential if better used.
