History:
Harrys gang of robbers was defeated by the Two-Gun Kid. Kane finally got away and met up with a tribesman to heal his gunshot wounds. He poured a mystical potion on him that made him faster then a cougar. Kane started to call himself Hurricane from then on. He came back and defeated the Two-Gun Kid.
Powers:
Harry was superhumanly fast, allowing him to draw his gun at high speeds. His aim sucked though.
