Hurricane (Albert Potter)

History:

Albert was a meteorologist who studied how to deactivate hurricanes. He failed many times and soon was fired from his job. He took his machine that deactivated hurricanes and tried to release it into one. The machine backfired and engulfed Albert in its energy. The Nethergods rebuilt Albert into a weapon. He soon became Hurricane.

Powers:

Albert has increased strength, stamina, agility and intellect. He made a battlesuit that protects him from mostly all forms of conventional injury. The suit also allows him to generate both extremely high velocity winds [strong enough to become hurricanes] and force blasts. He has the ability to fly at speeds of 200 mph, if not greater. He can run amazingly fast [limit unkown]. His suit allows him to generate other weather controlling effects such as generating lightning and hail. He could aslo absorb energy based blast and project them as well. Albert also possessed some mind-control abilities.

Hurricane (Harry Cane)

History:

Harry was alive back in the old west. His gang of robbers was defeated by the Two-Gun Kid. Kane finally got away and met up with a tribesman to heal his gunshot wounds. He poured a mystical potion on him that made him faster then a cougar. Kane started to call himself Hurricane from then on. He came back and defeated the Two-Gun Kid.

Powers:

Harry was superhumanly fast, allowing him to draw his gun at high speeds. His aim sucked though.

Alternate Realities

Earth-1610

The Ultimate universe version of Hurricane is a member of the Liberators. A North-Korean Woman with super-speed powers gained through surgery and designed to counter Quicksilver. She participates in the U. S. invasion and then in the search for the president. She starts beating Hawkeye when she is charged ad speeds superior to Mach 10 by an enraged and recently-awakened Quicksilver until she dissolves.
