Yes definitely. Or an honest-to-goodness Princess of Mars movie, which is the source material Planet Hulk borrowed from heavily.

Dejah Thoris, mate? :D Nice! But they're already making such a movie, I've seen the trailer and Dejah Thoris doesn't look as impressive as in the comics.
 
Otherwise I already saw the animated "Planet Hulk" and it was okay'ish ... I would prefer a live action version of World War Hulk, just to see Sentry own in the end. Well, at least if they don't put Thor instead to fight against WW Hulk :-7
