-Ghost Rider see's Hulk as Guilty and Hulk wants to smash Ghost rider into dust

Hard battle for both, but I think WBH will win. WBH is a worldbreaker, one footstep and the eastern seaboard was almost destroyed. WBH is too powerful for GR to handle, but hell, I don't know so much about GR.

Ghost rider is immune to physical damage, and if hulk is guilty, one penance stare and he is out.

As Dr. Strange said it is very well possible for Ghost Rider to defeat WBH.
