i think the wwh version is physically the strongest but his what if version of worldbreaker with cosmic powers even though it never happened would be the most deadly incarnation so thoughts on that

War Hulk would not have to put in what I know.

WBH is only the strongest we've seen. He can get stronger.

@guttridgeb: Sure. The Real Devil Hulk's also never come free.

But until now, the giant Worldbreaker is its most powerful version.

Since he has no limit you can only refer to the past powerlevel.

pretty much this, at one point it was spoused to be mindless hulk, but that changed.
