I think it's a safe bet...althought I'm only guessing...that the hulk in question is the Ultimate Hulk that eats people. Then again...I am just guessing.   "

I think it adds a certain realism to it, that's what the ultimate universe is about right? and plus Hulk is a huge monster that normally sacrum's to his animalistic instincts and rage which is why Bruce is afraid of what the Hulk is capable of. So to me is more realistic and Ideal for him to eat a human every now and then.

Hulk was not about animalistic instinct, it was a modern Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, the brutality that is in humanity. If anything the Gangster Hulk is the perfect example.
