I've heard some things about War Hulk. Apparently it was Hulk with celestial technology but who is he exactly? How powerful is he and what are his feats? Hopefully someone here can share some of their knowledge with me.

Yep. That's War (Hulk). I meant that the scan I posted was probably his best feat.

All these different versions/incarnations of any hero in general really confuse me :/

That's World War Hulk, the one he's talking about was when Hulk was temporarily Apocalypse's horseman of War, it was only for like 2 issues tho so he didn't get much a chance to show what he could do tho he did manage to stop Juggernaut, not sure of Juggs' power level at the time tho.
