War Hulk?

I've heard some things about War Hulk. Apparently it was Hulk with celestial technology but who is he exactly? How powerful is he and what are his feats? Hopefully someone here can share some of their knowledge with me.

@bee14ish: its hulk (bruce banner) but focused, intelligent and angry and strength level insane. he is the strongest hulk personality. he was doesnt have celestial technology, just sakaarian tech.

You now have 'War Hulk'.

@JohnnyWalker: Not World War Hulk, it was said War Hulk only appeared in a few issues and that he was amped by celestial tech.

That's World War Hulk, the one he's talking about was when Hulk was temporarily Apocalypse's horseman of War, it was only for like 2 issues tho so he didn't get much a chance to show what he could do tho he did manage to stop Juggernaut, not sure of Juggs' power level at the time tho.
