Looks sweet, but the belt bugs me. I guess it ties into the whole armor idea.

@Necrotic_Lycanthrope: I think it's meant to measure his emotional state

@Jonny_Anonymous:

Well, with the emotional divide thing going on in Aaron's run, more likely it's to keep him from reverting into mad Bruce Banner.

But then Waid wants to have a combined Hulk and Banner working together as one unit.

I'm stumped then. :B

Well, less crazier than usual.

True that. Especially with the issues brought on by his dad.

@Necrotic_Lycanthrope: is Waid any good as a writer. i wanted to start reading marvel stuff like hulk. but i dont want to waste my money on a crappy book.

@ratman19:

I have only one book co-written by him. Kingdom Come, a alternate reality with Superman and the Justice League that's set like 10 years in the future. It's awesome and the art is amazing (duh it's Alex Ross). I did hear of people having issues with the sequels to Kingdom Come called simply The Kingdom.

So I suggest looking into Kingdom Come. It's great and deeply philosophical (plus Captain Marvel is finally fighting Superman. YES!)

One of the most daunting images from the book. Only thing wrong with it is Captain Marvel's pants.

And my single favorite image of the whole comic.

Solomon Grundy as a bouncer.

I'll probably pick this up, I'll buy just about anything that Mark Waid puts out.

I'm really looking forward to this.
