How do you feel about this incarnation of the Hulk and Banner?

Seems alot like the movie versions hasn't talked yet.

Also anyone found it odd when Banner was laughing?

Definitely one of Marvel's best books. I love the way they're using Banner here, instead of the whole "man on the run" thing they've been doing since forever.

I'm really enjoying it. I just wish we could have Hulk speaking a bit more.

I am really enjoying the story. I love that he was laughing because he has basically never been happy. That is why Tony was so shocked to see how different he was acting. It is nice to see things going well for him a little bit. It is kind of like what Waid has done on his other book, Daredevil. He is taking a character that has been beaten down for so long and finally making some good things happen for them. I loved reading Bendis and Brubakers DD but it just got so depressing after a while when even his victories are depressing. Same with Hulk after how bad things got for him after Planet Hulk and WWH and then trying to split himself into two people again.

I like it wouldn't call it the best story. I hate how they have the Hulk seem almost mindless. He should talk alil just curious in the new Avengers book is he talking?

@Rell127: Give it time, I'm sure he will eventually start talking, its early days yet and I'm sure there will be much to say when he meets Thor.
