Is that a continuing of a hulk united events?

Kind of. Only that Hulk and Banner are now working together as of Hulk United.

I'm still not clear on Indestructible plot, Banner wants to be a scientist again so he makes a deal with SHIELD that when he's about to loose control they basically get to throw the Hulk at problems, I forgot where I read that but it doesn't exactley sound like there keeping the non berserker hulk persona as the default.

some think that berserker was soooo boring. but hulk is nothing without his old rage and fury! come on story writers , give him some worldbreaker mood!
