No, because the mountains would collapses the moment hulk laid it's punch.

You know, it's one of those things that have become really annoying: as soon as they want to promote a character they let him shatter a planet, as irrational as it may be. They loose and the younger fans loose all scale in the process. Any super hero who hasn't pushed, hauled, blasted a planet now looks like he is slightly power-challenged.

If he could balance mountains on his back in secret wars, he can surely punch through Everest. Now if he tried punching through Olympus Mons on Mars though...
