This is a clear aproach (both editorial and creative decisions) to make the Red Hulk looks like the old Hulk, back when he only wanted to be left alone in the wilderness, without any interactions with the puny humans and I have to admit that this attempt succeeds not only because of the cool plot that Parker elaborated (creating a new threat/villain from the debries of Scorched Earth arc story), but also because of how he managed to balance both concepts: the old idea of the military hunting dow...
