The first Vertigo Annual in a long time.  I think the Children's Crusade was the last time there was annuals. Now that was a long and forgotten time.  But New Vertigo seems to be going back to its older roots.  Re-imaging older DCU series for a mature audience, such titles:  The Unknown Soldier, The Losers, Madame Xanadu and now The House of Mystery is back in its glory.  Pros:  This book can be read independently.  The framing story works so that non-House of Mystery fans can follow the story. ...
