Formerly the Horseman Death, Warren was saved from a crashing plane by Apocalypse and transformed into Archangel. Eventually seeing the light and turned on Apocalypse during a fight with X-Factor. With Apocalypse's modifications, he was given razor-sharp metal wings which could be retracted mechanically. With these wings, he could also shoot razor-sharp, poison tipped feathers. As a side effect of his modifications, Warren's skin was also turned a light shade of blue.

AoA Member of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse Horsemen of Apocalypse are Mutants who either willingly or are forced to serve Apocalypse. They consist of Death, War, Famine, and Pestilence. They are genetically enhanced or given new abilities. Gideon had the ability to mimic the abilities of nearby persons, and since he was an External, he was granted with limited immortality, only ended if he was decapitated, or a very damaging Virus(Legacy Virus), and obviously by having his life force drained.
Holocaust was a major villain of the X-men originating from Earth-295, the Age of Apocalypse universe. He was known as the son of Apocalypse, and was one of the Horsemen of that universe. When he first appeared he was a human named Nemesis. He was spying on the X-men then when most of them left he nearly killed Scarlet Witch and killed most of the children. In revenge Magneto killed his physical form but he was then put into the body you see him in today and started calling himself Holocaust.
