so... Can she use any powers she has seen used? or and powers that are around her at the time? or does she actually have the powers and abilities of all mutants around the world? Also what changed that allowed mutants to start being born? Im guessing when they talked about her destroying the world is at the end when she seemed to be consumed by the phoenix force
