I don't even know who "it" might be; I'm assuming maybe it's the baby involved with Messiah Complex, but I don't read any X-Titles (at the moment I don't really read anything at that too). Assuming I'm right though, that joke actually was pretty funny... Not to say that I'd adopt that take pragmatically and let that guy near my kids (if I had some). :-P
babies and little kids are always, cute......some would say beautiful, I'd agree (depending on the kid)........but attractive? That's the wrong adjective.
