Overview of the Volume as a Whole

    Homeland

Combined the three issues of Homeland: The Legend of Drizzt Part 1 are even better than one they are separate. The TPB I would highly recommend, in fact the entire series could even be better if bought in TPB form rather than singular comics.

This way, all the great plot stories are combined as one and there are no cliffhangers. Not only does Drizzt train under Zaknafein (1), or learn he is his father (2) he also bonds with him as a son and causes his sacrifice (3).

When you read it in combined form you can truly see the character growth in the comic.
