Debbie Tiegel
First meeting: Unknown

Debbie Tiegel began a career as a detective in the Gotham City P.D. and was later fired when she uncovered corruption in the ranks. Debbie and Tommy ran into each other on several occasions where they ended up aiding one another. At first disgusted by Monaghan, the wise-cracking hitman grew on her. She and Monaghan have an on and off relationship because she despises what Tommy does for a living but obviously still cares for him.

Hacken

Hacken considers himself to be a professional hitman but in reality is more of a blundering amateur. He can usually be found hanging out at Noonan's Sleazy Bar. Hacken is a violent individual known for his outbursts of anger and lack of intelligence.

Natt The Hat
First meeting: Unknown

Natt met Tommy Monaghan in the U.S.M.C. during the Persian Gulf War. A former gang member, he briefly returned to his old thug life after he left the service. After some close calls Natt travelled to Gotham city to bury his mother and while visiting he looked up Tommy. They've been working together ever since. Natt never uses foul language. He promised his mother on her death bed that he would stop cursing, a fact Monaghan hassles him about daily.

Pat Noonan
First meeting: Unknown

Pat Noonan is Tommy Monaghan's best friend who regularly supplies him with weapons. He was raised by his Uncle Sean Noonan. Thought of by his friends as more of a loudmouth than a fighter, Pat attempts to prove them all wrong by refusing to give Tommy's whereabouts to the killer Johnny Navarone. He pays for this dearly and Tommy is never the same again.

Ringo Chen

Ringo Chen is a Gotham City contract killer who frequents Noonan's Sleazy Bar to play poker and pool with a group of hitmen which includes Tommy Monaghan. Chen grew up in China and after spending time in the People's Liberation Army, he relocated to the United States to escape Communism. There is a bit of friendly competition between Ringo and Tommy since they are both such skilled killers.

Sean Noonan

Sean Noonan is the uncle of Tommy Monaghan's best and childhood friend Pat Noonan. Sean raised Pat in his parent's absence and allowed him to hang around Tommy, who lived in a local orphanage. Sean is the closest thing to a father that Tommy has ever had. Noonan served in the Korean War and used to work as a hitman but has since left the business. He is now owner of a bar frequented by Tommy Monaghan and other contract killers.

Sixpack

Sixpack is a local drunk in The Cauldron district who frequents Noonan's bar. He claims to have teamed-up with many famous super heroes and even battled villians like Darkseid and Bane. Sixpack is completely delusional, though he did once have a conversation with Green Lantern who visited Noonan's with Tommmy Monaghan. Sixpack leads the superhero team "Section Eight".
