Tommy and Batman battle it out on one occasion only to later join forces to defeat the demon Mawzir. Monaghan has threatened Batman that he will reveal his identity as Bruce Wayne (discovered courtesy Tommy's x-ray vision) if the caped crusader attempts to apprehend him again.

Demon
First confrontation: Unknown

The Demon is a being created by Merlin of the middle ages who merged together Jason Blood the druid and Etrigan, one of the greatest demons of Hell. Together they now work as one of the oddest heroes.

Johnny Navarone
First confrontation: Unknown

Johnny Navarone was a contract killer hired by Moe Dubelz, a major crime boss in Gotham City, to assassinate Tommy Monaghan. Moe wanted revenge for the slaying of his conjoined twin brother Joe Dubelz. Johnny specializes in killing elite hitmen around the world. He finds out about Tommy's powers and uses subterfuge in his attempt to defeat him.

Mawzir
First confrontation: Unknown

Mawzir is a demon forged by the "Lords of the Gun", the Arakonne, from the souls of five Nazi Officers who died in WWII. He was sent to apprehend Tommy Monaghan and convince him to work on behalf of the Arakonne, who grow in power and glory each time a bullet brings death on earth. He was defeated by Tommy and friends in their first meeting, and then was rebuilt in Hell to continue his mission.

Mr. Truman
First confrontation: Unknown

Mr. Truman is a high ranking CIA agent who attempts to bring Tommy Monaghan into the fold as a government controlled killer of superhumans. After Tommy turns him down Truman plots his murder at the hands of corrupt Gotham City police. Monaghan secretly manages to capture on cassette tape a rant by Truman outlining his contigency plans which includes the death of Superman if need be. Tommy uses this to blackmail the agent into leaving him alone.
