Hinata is an inheritor of the Byakugan, a Hyuuga blood-line technique. This provides her with near a 360 degree field of vision, telescopic vision, and the ability to see chakra, and in some cases (like her cousin Neji) to see the chakra points also called the keiruki.
Hinata Hyūga (日向 ヒナタ, Hyūga Hinata) is a supporting character of the Naruto series that was created by Masashi Kishimoto. It first began serialization Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump in November 1999. She would not appear until the Chunin Exam Arc that begins in Volume 4.
