    I think he's suppose to be near darkseid level bu I really don't know

    Izaya doesn't really have a whole lot of feats. Some of his most impressive are creating Takion and merging Apokolips and New Genesis into one world.

    While lacking in many feat's he's probably stronger than both Darkseid and Zues, who in turn are stronger than Superman.
