    This 'man' appears in Silver Surfer Annual #1. He is stated as having met High Evolutionary in Geneva and giving him a sheath of papers containing DNA codes prior to 1930. He reappears when they are beginning work on Wundagore Mountain. He claims his name is unimportant and his purpose is to help scientific advancement and has a personal interest in his progress. He gives Herbert a bunch of Subterraneans (Moloids) to help with the mine and disappears. Is there some part of this story I am missing? Anybody know who this is?

    @aztek the lost: Well just by reading the first paragraph of Sinister's page, he seems like a good candidate, and it also seems from the points you know a good deal about Mr. Sinister. This took place before he became the High Evolutionary, but Sinister has been around long enough, on the right continent and interested in the same line of work. Chances are you are right, but let's see if anyone else knows for sure, I don't want to add anything incorrect to any pages.

    If it makes anyone feel better I don't think it was originally intended to be Sinister but it was eventually said to be him.
