    Hewligan's Haircut #1 - TPB by silkcuts on December 15, 2010

    From all the Peter Milligan books I have read, this maybe the oldest Masterpiece he wrote that I am aware of. First written in 1989 it predates any of his Vertigo work and is just as nutty as any of those books.  This book is more in the vain of Shade, The Changing Man and I feel that this book is more like the grand father to the Madness which is Shade.  From Chapter 1 Reality is what this book is about.  A book about hair changing the world.  Inspired by a thesis Milligan once read that i...
